Saturday morning Registration, 8:30AM (classes of 1996, 97, 98)- This will be organized by Kim Montgomery. Registration may be outside of Alumni gym if it is a pretty day or in hall way of B building if rainy. Tours of the buildings could be available and especially of the Alumni gym.
Light Breakfast, 8:30AM (classes of 1981, 82, 83)- Missy Dotson will organize this and will be near Registration tables. It will be probably doughnuts, juice and coffee at no cost.
Program, 9:30AM (classes of 1976, 77, 78)- Debbie Lemon will organize this. At the end of the program, donated broken or unusable musical instruments will be auctioned off. Rebecca Peterson has 3 individual artists who are willing to paint these instruments to create artwork at no charge.

The Alumni floats/classes will be part of this parade which will be on Saturday, June 30th. We will be encouraging children and adults to decorate bicycles to enter in the parade and encouraging cars/trailers/floats to decorate their rides.
Musical Comedy by STARS and Lunch 12:30PM- Springfield alumni led by Steve Faler will organize this. Leslie Edwards will be catering lunch. She will present some menus to be chosen. Buffet lunch was selected as people may be coming in at different times and for ease of serving. We talked about having someone serve the buffet. We will also have servers at the tables. Steve Faler suggested having different alumni create a table decoration and perhaps have a contest and maybe auction them off. Discussion of selling tickets, having payment sent to a new post office box for added security. The new address is: CHS Alumni Association, PO Box 955, Cabool, MO 65689.
The money raised from these activities will fund the elementary school bathroom situation. We felt that is the most critical of the many repairs needed to keep our schools functioning.
We will need to have a meeting of all those organizing different activities in April.
Our next meeting will be March 8, 6pm at the Enterprise office.Alumni Gym Donors Feb 2nd, 2018
